Dorset is a delightful English county that
has plenty for everyone. Historic towns, a scenic coastline, pretty

Known as the 'Garden City by the
sea', the Dorset resort of Bournemouth is only two hours from
London. It is an ever-popular British holiday location due its 10km
of fine sandy beaches, excellent shopping, world-class entertainment

Nearby Poole has the second-largest
natural harbour in the world and the lovely nature reserve of
Brownsea Island lies in the middle. Pleasure boats wait at the
quayside and regularly make the short trip over to the island. Tower
Park leisure complex offers a host of up-to-the-minute entertainment
facilities, including water slides and Quasar. The town's
picturesque, old Quay retains its 18th-century atmosphere and is an
ideal location to have something to eat while overlooking the
bay.
Bournemouth today is one of the most popular resorts in
the country. Often, the winner of 'Britain in Bloom' the town has
gardens that are superb all year round. Through the town centre
flows the river Bourne (from which Bournemouth takes its name). Here
students from all around the world gather during the summer months
making for a party atmosphere that nobody wants to miss!

you make your way further through Bournemouth Gardens, then you will
come to the glorious beaches with their miles of golden sand. The
beaches here are renowned for their quality and often win
awards.
If you want to go shopping, you’ll have a very
enjoyable experience in Bournemouth. There are plenty of famous
stores such as Marks & Spencers and Beales, as well as local
stores unique to Bournemouth. With all this variety, any shopper
will be in heaven.
At night, there is always something to do.
Nightclubs, restaurants, bars, casinos, cinemas and concert halls
