In addition to the superb leisure and entertainment facilities available in Poole and Bournemouth, Cavendish School of English offers its own comprehensive and interesting range of full and half-day excursions to places of interest at very reasonable prices. The social programme is designed to provide students with an insight into the culture, customs and history of Britain.

Typical excursions include:

  • Visits to famous cities such as London, Oxford, Winchester, Salisbury, Beaulieu and the New Forest.

  • Famous castles and stately homes such as Windsor, Blenheim Palace and Hampton Court.

  • Shopping in London and visits to London's attractions such as Madame Tussaud's, the Tower of London and Kensington Palace.

  • International Sporting events.

  • Individual tour programmes can be arranged for special groups for an additional fee.



Junior Social Programme

For young students Cavendish School of English organises a complete programme of activities to ensure that they have plenty of fun and full supervision at all times.

Sport

Cavendish School of English can organise individual and group sporting activities which can include tennis, horse riding, squash, sailing, canoeing, golf, volleyball, football, dry slope skiing, karaoke evenings, judo and karate. Please ask for details of separate fees for these activities.
